Acceptance of Terms
Your access and use of Baggo constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised version.
Eligibility
To use Baggo, you must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), use the App only for personal and lawful purposes, and reside in a region where the App is available and compliant with local regulations. By using Baggo, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation and Responsibilities
Currently, Baggo does not require account registration or login. All user data is stored locally on the device, ensuring privacy and offline functionality. In future updates, certain features may require account creation or connection with Baggo devices. When that occurs, users will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and ensuring that any provided information is accurate and up to date.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Baggo, including but not limited to the app design, logo, brand name, visuals, icons, interface, and content, are owned by Baggo or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or any part of its content without prior written permission from Baggo. All trademarks, names, or logos of third parties that appear in Baggo are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
Baggo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case. Baggo does not take responsibility for incorrect, outdated, or lost user-entered data, or any damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
User Conduct
You agree to use Baggo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the App in a way that violates any laws or regulations, attempt to hack or interfere with its functionality, upload malicious code, exploit the App commercially, or impersonate Baggo. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the App.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App inappropriately. Upon termination, your right to use Baggo will immediately cease, and any locally stored data will remain on your device unless manually deleted by you.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lisbon, Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our features, policies, or legal requirements. Whenever we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide in-app or website notifications. Continued use of Baggo after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
